SOA’s primary permitting focus is on stormwater, environmental, and common civil engineering plan sets. We excel in delivering permits which allow for safe operations or safe designs, particularly dealing with NEPA and state-specific environmental compliance.
Stormwater improvements include SWMP (Stormwater Management Plant), SWQMP (Stormwater Quality Management Plan), SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan), and SPCC (Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure) plans. Hydrologic and hydraulic assessment of 18 different sites. Full civil and foundation designs for fixed-tilt and tracker sites. Initial design turn around was done in under 30 days for 18 sites, to 100% for construction for 18 sites in under 70 days.
SOA assessed, designed, and submitted permit application design sets for all 18 sites across Oklahoma in under 60 days from NTP. The sites ranged in size from half an acre to 10 acres, across a variety of terrains and throughout several jurisdictions. Site design incorporated elements of grading, drainage, hydraulic structure, foundation design, roadway, fencing, and right-of-way work.
